What to expect

Experience a multi-course, chef-led dinner designed for connection. Each menu reflects the season, local purveyors, and the spirit of Montana hospitality. Seats are limited to keep the experience intimate.

What to expect

  1. 5, 7, or 9 courses (intermission + sweet course on 9).

  2. Optional wine pairing (permit-dependent) and non-alcoholic pairing.

  3. Seatings are capped for a relaxed pace and conversation.

Commuter (No Lodging)

Includes: Full retreat access, all meals, and programming. This option is for local attendees who will commute to and from the retreat each day and do not require overnight accommodations.

Off-Grid Cabin

$1,500 total for full 3-night retreat stay
Includes: Standalone, off-grid cabin designed for rest and reflection. Private space with simple furnishings and a peaceful, unplugged atmosphere.
